SONS OF ITALY is a romantic tale of intrigue, perseverance and ultimate destruction set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Mediterranean, Naples and the Amalfi Coast.

Mike Morri (Sean Kanan) is a cargo ship captain working the ports of Naples, Sardinia and Algeria. On a trip to the port of Algiers, he meets Nabila (Sanaz Alexander) a beautiful Algerian woman who is owned by a cruel leader of the Fundamentalist Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) through her parents’ unpaid debts at their deaths. Mike devises a plan to smuggle Nabila out of Algeria with the help of her brother Nakim.

After returning from Sardinia, Mike learns that he’s to be a father and is elated despite his mother’s refusal to accept his choice. Family tension weaves its way throughout the story to a desperate conclusion. During another trip to Algeria before Nabila gives birth, Mike and his crew are brutally murdered by the FIS and messages in blood are left behind to claim responsibility. Nabila gives birth to Mike’s son and orders Luca to take her and the baby to his mother’s house. She offers Regina her child as a connection between their countries, and a way to hold onto Mike.

TWINSTERS is the story of Samantha Futerman and Anaïs Bordier, two strangers who connect in a way neither would have dreamed possible.

In February of 2013, Samantha, an actress in Los Angeles, received a Facebook message from a French woman who looked exactly like her: Anaïs, a fashion student living in London. After seeing Samantha in a YouTube video, Anaïs discovered that they were born on the same day in Busan, Korea and both put up for adoption. After endless conversations via every form of communication, the girls made plans to meet in person; it was possible they could be twin sisters separated at birth.

Three months after first contact, Samantha, her family, and a small film crew flew to London to meet Anaïs and her family for the very first time. Samantha and Anaïs knew they needed to document this once in a lifetime experience and the ensuing journey.

TWINSTERS is a coming of age narrative that takes a unique stance on adoption and the inherent connectedness of human kind. The film presents an incredible discovery of sisterhood, family and love while acknowledging the challenges faced when life hands you an unexpected turn of events.

Eileen co-produced the documentary "Twinsters" and the feature film "Sons of Italy" starring Sean Kanan. She also executive produced the feature film “Hooking Up,” which stars Corey Feldman, Brian O’Halloran and Bronson Pinchott.

HOOKING UP was directed, written, produced, and edited, by a close group of young filmmaking friends from Bucks County – Jeff Siegel, Vincent Scordia, and Mark Rowland. Siegel and Scordia, both NYU graduates, and Rowland, a graduate of Penn State, began production of the film in the Philadelphia suburbs in the summer of 2006. The production of the low budget feature was completed with the help of a handful of other local friends – all driven by a passion for film.

In addition to a large ensemble cast of up-and-coming talent, the production was able to attract well known Hollywood actor Corey Feldman (The Goonies, The Lost Boys, Stand By Me) to a starring role in the project. Additionally, they cast Brian O’Halloran, New Jersey native and star of cult classics Clerks and Clerks II, and Bronson Pinchot.

The film touches on a variety of topical and timely teenage social trends; in this over-the-top comedy, the relationships of three girls and four guys in affluent adolescent suburban reality intersect through the topsy-turvy world of love, power…and HOOKING UP.
